Opening the House

1. Thermostat is by the first floor bedroom.
2. Turn fridge up to 5
3. Before you start a fire open flue. Use newspaper and fire starters to get wood going. Close doors until chimney has heated up and smoke is going up chimney.
4. Plenty of games are located under the island by the table or under the TV
5. Extra blankets are located in the upstairs bedroom closet.
6. There is plenty of hot water, but it is a tank-less system so you need to make sure you dont try to run the water at full blast. Use at about ¾ volume and there will be plenty of pressure and hot water.
7. Microwave is powerful so you may not need to put items in for as long as some older ones.
8. Dishes, glasses, and mugs are located next to the sink.
9. All pots, pans and cookware are located next to the stove.
10. Paper towels, paper products and napkins are located under the island.

Closing the House

11. Please leave the chalet the way that you find it.
12. Clean out fireplace
13. Close flue
14. Wash all dishes and put away
15. Put away any games or other items you have used
16. Turn fridge down to 1
17. Please vacuum. Vacuum is located in the upstairs bedroom closet
18. Reload wood rack.
19. Take all perishables out of fridge
20. Turn heat down to 55 degrees if on. 
21. Take out all trash and dispose of.
22. Shut off all lights
23. Leave keys on the kitchen island.
24. Dont forget any of your linens or clothing.

 Please remember, no pets are allowed and no smoking in the chalet
