Sheets and pillowcases, towels and food. The chalet has all the paper products, soaps and kitchenware supplies.

 

Is the beach sandy?

Yes, the beach is all sand and it extends out into the pond in a very gradual manner.

 

What kind of amenities are there?

Depending on the season there is a row boat, gas grill, outdoor patio furniture, life jackets, kayak, picnic supplies, fans, cable tv, wireless internet, am/fm stereo CD, large fireplace, ceiling fans, microwave, sleds, snow tubes, snowshoes, DVD's and videos for all ages.

 

Are there places to walk?

Yes, there are 3 different walks from the cabin. Easiest is the 1 mile loop aroung Little and Middle Pea Porriage Ponds. A moderate walk is down the access road and to the right (about a mile each way) to the local store. For the hearty there is a walk up to the top of Eidleweiss (about a mile each way) which will give you views of the ponds and the Presidential Mountain range.
